1. What Astrologi is

Astrologi generates astrological and Human Design readings using a combination of computational astrology and large language model (LLM) interpretation. Readings are for contemplation and entertainment, not prediction. They are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Astrologi. A verified phone number is required to create an account. One account per person.

3. Free and paid tiers

The free tier permits a limited number of short "Essence" readings and basic chart visualizations. The Pro tier unlocks unlimited long-form readings, daily transits, the Kabbalah lens, and additional features. Pricing is shown on the upgrade page.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window after your first subscription purchase. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute readings generated for you.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Use Astrologi to harass, deceive, or harm any person.
• Reverse-engineer or extract our prompts or model behavior.

7. Intellectual property

The Astrologi software, design, and prompts are owned by us. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

Astrologi is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any astrological claim. LLM-generated content can be wrong or unexpected — exercise your own judgment. Do not make medical, financial, or legal decisions based on a reading.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Astrologi will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email.
